1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply to visitors, prospective clients, and clients who use this website or purchase services from Crestmont Consulting LLC. By using this website or engaging Crestmont for services, you agree to these terms and any written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement provided for a specific engagement.
2. Business services
Crestmont Consulting LLC provides business management consulting services. Services may include business management audits, operations improvement consulting, business process improvement, SOP and workflow development, employee accountability systems, project tracking and reporting, customer management process improvement, organizational structure consulting, management reporting, and monthly advisory.
3. Services not provided
Crestmont does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting services, bookkeeping services, investment advice, financial planning, mortgage consulting, debt relief, credit repair, fundraising services, political consulting, gambling advice, cryptocurrency trading advice, insurance products, medical advice, or any service that promises guaranteed revenue, guaranteed profit, guaranteed savings, or guaranteed business growth.
4. Proposals and scope
Each paid engagement is defined by a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement. The written scope controls the deliverables, timeline, fee, payment schedule, client responsibilities, revision terms, and service limitations for that engagement.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, access to relevant non-sensitive business materials, participation in scheduled meetings, and internal decision-making. Delays in client responses, missing information, or changes in scope may affect timelines and fees.
6. Payment terms
Fees are due according to the proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Crestmont may require full payment, a deposit, milestone payments, or monthly recurring payments before work begins or continues. Late payments may pause work until the account is brought current.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website and any written agreement between Crestmont and the client. If the written agreement contains refund or cancellation terms, those written terms control that engagement.
8. No guarantee of business outcome
Crestmont provides professional recommendations, management systems, documentation, advisory support, and implementation guidance. Business results depend on client execution, market conditions, staffing, budget, management discipline, customer behavior, and other factors outside Crestmont’s control. Crestmont does not guarantee revenue, profit, growth, savings, investment returns, customer acquisition, or specific financial results.
9. Confidentiality
Crestmont will use reasonable care to protect confidential business information shared for the purpose of providing consulting services. Clients should not submit passwords, full payment card details, protected health information, trade secrets not required for the engagement, or highly sensitive personal data unless a separate secure method and written agreement have been established.
10. Intellectual property
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the client may use final paid deliverables internally for its business operations after payment is complete. Crestmont retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, know-how, reusable tools, and general consulting materials. Crestmont may reuse generalized knowledge and non-confidential methods in future work.
11. Website content
Website content is provided for general business information. It should not be treated as legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment, or professional regulatory advice. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for those matters.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crestmont is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or consulting services. Crestmont’s total liability for a paid engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client to Crestmont for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Acceptable use
You may not use this website or Crestmont’s services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity. Crestmont may decline or discontinue work that appears unlawful, deceptive, outside its service scope, or inconsistent with responsible business practices.
