1. Services provided

Crestmont Consulting LLC provides business management consulting services, including business management audits, operations improvement consulting, SOP and workflow development, project tracking and reporting, management systems implementation support, and monthly management advisory.

2. Delivery method

Services are delivered remotely unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Delivery may occur through email, video meetings, phone calls, shared documents, written reports, project workspaces, spreadsheets, templates, or other business communication tools agreed with the client.

3. Delivery timeline

Service type Typical delivery timing
Focused Management Review 2 to 3 business days after required client information is received.
Business Management Audit 5 to 10 business days after required client information is received.
Comprehensive Operations Assessment 10 to 15 business days after required client information is received.
SOP, workflow, tracking, or implementation projects Usually 2 to 10 weeks depending on the written scope and client response time.
Monthly advisory Delivered during the active monthly service period according to the meeting and support schedule in the proposal.

4. Client information required

Delivery timelines begin after Crestmont receives the information reasonably required to perform the service. This may include business context, current workflows, process examples, management reports, organization structure, project lists, staff role information, meeting routines, customer follow-up process, or other agreed materials.

5. Delivery confirmation

Consulting deliverables are considered delivered when Crestmont sends the applicable report, document, template, recommendation, meeting summary, or completed consulting output to the client by email, shared document, or other agreed delivery channel.

6. Revisions

Unless a written proposal states otherwise, project-based deliverables include one reasonable revision round focused on correcting omissions, clarifying recommendations, or improving usability within the original scope. New scope, additional workflows, additional departments, implementation support, or strategic changes may require a separate quote.

7. No physical shipping

Crestmont provides consulting services and digital deliverables. Crestmont does not ship physical goods as part of its standard business management consulting services.
