1. General policy

Crestmont Consulting LLC sells professional business management consulting services and digital consulting deliverables. Because consulting work involves time, analysis, meetings, planning, and custom recommendations, refunds depend on the service stage and the work already performed.

2. How to request a refund or cancellation

Refund or cancellation requests must be sent in writing to contact@crestmontconsulting.tech. The request should include the client name, company name, invoice number or payment reference, payment date, and reason for the request.

3. Duplicate or accidental payments

Duplicate charges or accidental overpayments will be reviewed and refunded when verified. Approved refunds for duplicate or accidental payments are normally initiated within 10 business days after verification.

4. Diagnostic, audit, and review services

Service stage Refund treatment
Client cancels before Crestmont begins work Full refund of the amount paid for that service.
Client cancels after kickoff, intake review, research, analysis, or interviews have begun, but before final delivery Refund may be reduced to account for work already performed. Crestmont may retain a reasonable portion of the fee for completed work.
Final report, findings, recommendations, or consulting deliverable has been delivered No refund is provided for the delivered service.

5. Project-based implementation services

Deposits, kickoff payments, and milestone payments for project-based consulting are applied to planning, analysis, documentation, meetings, and implementation work. Once work has begun, payments for completed work are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, Crestmont may refund any clearly unused prepaid amount after deducting completed work, scheduled work already performed, third-party costs approved by the client, and administrative processing related to the engagement.

6. Monthly advisory retainers

Monthly advisory fees cover access to Crestmont’s time, scheduled review, advisory support, preparation, and management guidance during the active month. Monthly advisory fees are not prorated after the monthly service period begins. A client may cancel future monthly advisory service by sending written notice at least 7 calendar days before the next billing date, unless a written agreement states a different cancellation period.

7. Missed meetings and client delays

Missed meetings, late responses, delayed information, or lack of client participation do not automatically qualify for a refund. Crestmont will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the active service period, but timelines and delivery may be affected by client delays.

8. Dissatisfaction with recommendations

Crestmont aims to provide practical, professional recommendations. A client’s disagreement with a recommendation or decision not to implement a recommendation does not automatically qualify for a refund after the service has been performed or delivered.

9. Chargebacks and disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Crestmont at contact@crestmontconsulting.tech before filing a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed directly. Filing a chargeback or dispute may pause active work until the matter is resolved.

10. Processing approved refunds

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in the client’s account depends on the payment processor, card network, bank, or payment method used.
